The Story

When I started my career…

All I wanted to do was serve others. Sounds cheesy, I know, but it’s the truth. Inspiring that spark of self-discovery and bolstering the confidence to power up your strengths to accomplish whatever you want is what I love and live for.

So, for over a decade, I’ve helped thousands of people gain professional opportunities using my own superpowers (authenticity, transparency and vulnerability) that I discovered and sharpened over the years.

By serving as the President and CEO of Leadercast, the host of the world’s two largest one-day leadership events inspiring tens of thousands of leaders in over 18 countries.

Put my 12+ years of experience in higher education and my passion for developing others to work by helping to start the top-ten-ranked MBA program at Georgia State University.

I was the Director of Corporate Relations, where I found another love of mine: the connectivity of people and the transformative outcomes that can come from it.

I have an innate commitment and optimistic belief that all people aspire to be better. Honestly, that is the root to the founding of ARC LLC—Angela Raub Consulting, also known as arc, “the point in a story where the hero has a positive change”
(as defined by the Urban Dictionary).

What else brought me here?

The last 10 years, coupled with my experience of elevating the success of various businesses in corporate America, felt like it was time. Time for me to create my own character arc and build something that truly works in guiding others through their positive internal change.

Now, I’m getting to work with several Fortune 100’s and amazing individuals as they trust in me to guide them in experiencing positive change for their organizations, teams and their professional lives.
